I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Stephanie at the reception. She assisted me with the check-in process and anticipated my needs to ensure a comfortable and secure stay. Stephanie made me feel welcome and well taken care of, as its extremely important to feel safe and supported when you travel alone as a woman. The restaurant was also a highlight of my stay. The food was exquisite, and the staff were attentive and friendly, making each meal a delightful experience. Additionally, my room was immaculate and well-appointed, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. My room offered a fantastic view of Vienna (a corner room with panoramic view at Altstadt), allowing me to observe the sunrise over the city's rooftops. It felt as though I had the entire city center in my hands. The combination of outstanding service, delicious dining, and breathtaking views made my stay truly unforgettable. Weordered our last call single malts and and they ask to lease the bar and go to lobby near reception to drink !! Drama , drama , drama . Cold water in swimming pool and dark not all lamps were Lightning .

Air condition was too bad. There were almost no real cleaning, it was only rearranging things You need always to keep spatial to wear it during you stay in the restaurant,because ventilation was poor.

The facility's location was very nice; the room was clean and had everything we needed. We stayed on the upper floor, and although the windows were small, they had perfect light. You can go everywhere by walking from here.
